KENNEDY, Presiding Judge.

Plaintiff got judgment for $14,788.32 in a court-tried case for personal injuries sustained in a May 11, 1986, automobile collision. The trial judge itemized the damages in the judgment, which included $10,620 for “loss of wages” during a 90-day period of disability from his employment as a construction worker. The defendant argues on appeal that this item should be deducted from the judgment, because the plaintiff, after the collision in question and after the period of disability, had received a back pay award covering the period during which he was unable to work…
