This action was brought to foreclose a mortgage upon a threshing machine securing a note for $751 and interest. With it were joined a cause of action upon another note, and a third cause of action upon an account. The defendant, answering, admitted the execution and delivery of the notes and the running of an account and pleaded payment thereof.
