DUFFY, District Judge.
On May 5, 1947, the debtor filed its petition for reorganization under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq., and the petition was approved by this court on that date. John W. Emmer-ling was appointed and qualified as trustee. The following persons have filed claims to which the trustee has filed obj ections: Adelbert C. Schmidt, William A.
