By an amended petition filed March 23, .1891,. the plaintiffs alleged, in substance, that on or about the 1st day of April,. 1890, the plaintiffs owned 2075 head of cattle of the value of $15 per head, which they were desirous of shipping from Ballinger to a point in the-Indian Territory on the line of the defendant company’s railway and connecting railway lines, to-wit, Ponca, Indian Territory.
