In Re Finn's Estate

This is an appeal, 'by the sole sur-

viving co-executor of the last will and testament of Matthew M. Finn, deceased, from an order and decree of the circuit court which allowed the fourth account of the executor with changes in the amounts of certain items claimed therein. Matthew M. and Mary Elizabeth Finn, children and heirs at law of the deceased, and the administrator de bonis non with will annexed of said estate, filed a cross-appeal. A jury trial was waived in the circuit court.
