MILLER, Judge.

Defendant-appellant Kalee! M. Ellis d/b/a Honey Creek Motors (Dealer) brings this interlocutory appeal from denial of its motion for summary judgment. On June 10, 1988 Dealer sold a vehicle to Bobby Joe Lawrence. Approximately six hours later, Lawrence was involved in an automobile accident while driving the vehicle. A passenger in Lawrence's car-plaintiff-appel-lee David E. Weger-was injured in the collision.
