LEWIS, Circuit Judge.
This appeal is taken from an order of the District Court for the District of Kansas dismissing appellant’s complaint for lack of jurisdiction.
The case arises pursuant to a determination made under the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 by the Sheridan County, Kansas, Agriculture Stabilization and Conservation Service Committee that appellant had exceeded his wheat marketing quota.
