The plaintiffs are the individual Kedrovsky, named as delegate of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Greek Catholic Church and as Archbishop of the Diocese of North America and Aleutian Islands, and a corporation known as the Archbishop and Consistory of the Russian Orthodox Greek Catholic Church. Judgment was denied plaintiffs and granted to defendants by the learned court at Special1 Term in an action in which plaintiffs sought to prevent the defendants from occupying the Cathedral of St. Nicholas in New York, because it was alleged that the defendants were not the Archbishop…
