International Shoe Company v. Waldron

Appellant, International Shoe Company, brought suit in the Randolph circuit court against appellees, Rufus Waldron, Bill Waldron, and Earl Trammell, doing business as T. & R. Cash Store, alleging an indebtedness due it in the amount of $617.71 with interest thereon at six per cent, from October 6, 1938, on an open account for shoes purchased by appellees.
