Plaintiff-Appellant Bradley Baker (“Baker”) appeals pro se from a summary judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (Telesca, J.) in favor of Defendant-Appellee The Home Depot (“Home Depot”). Invoking the provisions of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), Baker brought the action giving rise to this appeal to redress alleged religious discrimination in his employment by Home Depot.
