BRAD BARTHULY, et al DEFENDANTS MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER This case is a civil rights action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff, Harold Hayes, has sued three prison guards as a result of suffering an inmate-on-inmate assault. The assault took place on August 16, 2023 at the Kentucky State Penitentiary.
