WORTENDYKE, District Judge.

By its opinion filed in this case on February 26, 1958, this Court construed the written contract between the parties, dated May 27, 1955, as entitling the plaintiff, an attorney at law of the District of Columbia, to additional compensation for professional services to the defendant.
