¶1 Stephen Held (Held) and Twin Hearts Smiling Horses, Inc., 1 appeal from the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order, Judgment, and Decree entered by the Sixteenth Judicial District Court, Powder River County, following a bench trial.
