Agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) overheard George Lee making statements on a wiretapped phone about the shipment of cocaine and marijuana from Houston to distributors in St. Louis- Carmen Haire was arrested on his way to Houston with over $83,000 of cash that he was carrying to Lee.
