OPINION BY BECK, Judge:

Appellant, Thomas W. Jones, was tried and convicted by a jury of first degree murder 1 , robbery 2 , and possession of an instrument of crime 3 . After a sentencing hearing immediately following the trial, the jury elected to sentence appellant to death. Post-verdict motions were denied and appellant took a direct appeal to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court remanded to the trial court for an evidentiary hearing on the allegations of ineffectiveness of counsel.
