David Allen Sattazahn was tried' by jury and was found guilty of murder of the first degree, robbery, aggravated assault (two counts), possession, of an instrument of crime, carrying a firearm without a license, and several conspiracies in connection with the robbing and killing of the manager of a family restaurant in Berks County.1 Post-trial motions were denied, and Appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment for first degree murder.
