State Ex Rel. General Grain, Inc. v. Superior Court

Relator has brought original action in this Court for writ of prohibition to prohibit respondent court from exercising or attempting to exercise jurisdiction in one hundred four lawsuits filed in respondent court. Respondent has filed response to relator’s petition.
