This matter came on for hearing on April 26, 2007, on plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining defendant from interfering with plaintiffs right to introduce and feature the AT & T logo and brand in the paint scheme of the # 31 Car in connection with the # 31 Car’s participation in NASCAR Cup Series races.
