Plaintiff-Appellant Crystal Lewis (hereinafter “Lewis”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to Defendant-Appellee Weyerhaeuser Co., d/b/a Bardcor Corporation (hereinafter ‘Weyerhaeuser”). Lewis filed her Complaint in the Western District of Kentucky on October 1, 2002, alleging failure to promote and wrongful discharge on the basis of sex, race, and maternity status, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.
