Plaintiif appeals as of right from the July 20, 1987, order of the Wayne Circuit Court which granted summary disposition to defendant Michigan Property and Casualty Guaranty Association. MCR 2.116(C)(8). We affirm.
This suit involves the question whether plaintiff has the right to name the association as a party defendant in his original tort action against defendants McDonald Rent-A-Car, Inc., and Gregory Ferrebee.
