*1013Darrell Walker appeals the district court's denial of his successive motion to vacate his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. In 2004, a jury found Walker guilty of two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm and one count of being a felon in possession of ammunition. See 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The district court sentenced him to 293 months' imprisonment under the Armed Career Criminal Act ("ACCA") due to his prior Missouri burglary convictions.1 See 18 U.S.C. § 924(e).
