WIESE, Judge.

In an opinion entered in this ease on November 10, 1998 (unpublished), plaintiff was found liable for breach of a contract involving the purchase at auction of an improved parcel of real estate from the Small Business Administration (“SBA”). As part of that earlier proceeding, the Government had cross-claimed for $154,000, representing the difference between the original contract price and the price for which the property was later resold, less plaintiffs deposit.
