MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BUCKLO, District Judge.
This case arises from an allegedly defective recreational vehicle step controller that is used to raise and lower the steps of a recreational vehicle. The plaintiff Linda Aldridge (“Aldridge”) alleges that on January 20, 2004, she was descending the steps of her recreational vehicle in Florida when the step controller retracted, causing her to fall and sustain injuries.
