This is an application for a writ of prohibition. The petition shows that, some time prior to December, 1915, the relators sold a tract of land in Snohomish county to A. Roe and wife, and executed and delivered a warranty deed to said land for a consideration of $16,500, of which $5,500 was paid in cash and deposited to the credit of relators in the National Bank of Commerce of Seattle. The balance of the purchase price was .evidenced by promissory notes made by Roe and wife to the relator T. E. Getzelman. One of these notes was for $5,000 and three for $2,000 each.
