Defendant, Claude Taylor, was charged in the district court of Tulsa county with the crime of burglary in the second degree, after having been convicted of the crime of selling a forged instrument and serving a term of two years in the State Penitentiary of this state therefor. He was tried, convicted and sentenced to serve a term of ten years in the penitentiary, and has appealed.
Defendant was represented in the trial court by Harry Dyer, public defender of Tulsa county, who was appointed by the court. This appeal was filed by the defendant himself, who is now serving his term in the State…
