In this lawsuit, defendant and counter-plaintiff Clydine Daniel (“C. Daniel”) has filed counter-claims against the original plaintiff, Illinois Central Railroad Company (“ICRR”), accusing ICRR of negligently causing the death of her husband, Michael Daniel (“M.
