for the Court:

¶ 1. Following a hearing on the issue of whether an antenuptial agreement precluded a challenge to a will or deed executed after marriage, the Chancery Court of Adams County granted summary judgment in favor of Carolyn C. Guido,1 the proponent of the antenuptial agreement’s validity. Janice C. Cooper, the contestant of the will, filed a motion to set aside the judgment, which was subsequently denied by the chancellor.
