The plaintiff appealed to the Superior Court from a decree of the Probate Court for the district of Berlin (Gwiasda, J.) in which that court attempted to interpret as a trust agreement a written agreement between the plaintiff’s decedent and the defendants’ decedents concerning certain shares of stock. The Probate Court held that a trust was created as to those shares and that the plaintiff should transfer them to the defendants.
