This is an appeal from certain orders of the Court of Probate allowing the final account of the estate of Louisa T. Palmer and making distribution of the property comprising it. In the appeal the plaintiff alleged that he is a grandson of the deceased and an heir at law and legatee of her estate and that he was aggrieved by the orders.
