This is an appeal taken by the defendant, Mary Marchesi, from an order of the circuit court of Putnam County granting partial summary judgment in favor of the plaintiffs, Alba Kinkin, Raymond Johnson, and Minnie Johnson, as to counts I and II of a six-count complaint.
