Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed March 6, 1992, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because his employment was terminated due to misconduct.
Claimant, a truck driver for the employer, was late in making a delivery. When his dispatcher asked him if he was late because of a delay at a bridge, claimant replied "yes”; claimant later admitted, however, that he was late because he had overslept.
