Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 13, 1975, which affirmed the decision of a referee sustaining an initial determination of the Industrial Commissioner disqualifying claimant from receiving benefits because of misconduct. Claimant, an eight-year employee of a food chain, in response to a request of his superior, opened the trunk of his car and revealed salable merchandise with a value of $48.
