Dolphus Jackson filed with the State Board of Workmen’s Compensation a claim for compensation against Bascombe Wilson. It appears from the evidence that the claimant was employed by Smith & Wilson, a partnership composed of Paul Smith and Bascombe Wilson; that this firm operated a' sawmill, which was located some 25 to 30 miles from the community in which they and their employees lived; and that the employees traveled back and forth from their homes to the sawmill in a truck owned by their employers.
