OSBORNE, Judge.
Appellee, the Travelers Insurance Company (hereinafter called Travelers), insured Norman E. Beck, a service-station operator. Appellant, Universal Underwriters Insurance Company (hereinafter called Univer sal), insured W. T. Argabrite, who operated a commercial garage for the repair of motor vehicles. Russell Cline Weaver was one of Argabrite’s employees.
Argabrite’s service manager sent the employee Weaver to pick up the truck of Beck at the latter’s service station for the purpose of delivering it to Argabrite’s garage. On the way to the garage, Weaver applied his brakes and…
