The Matters under consideration in this yet-to-be confirmed Chapter 11 case are claims of nondischargeability of debts admittedly owed to Advanced Imaging Center of Northern Illinois, LP (AIC) and Dr. Spiro Gerolimatos (Dr. Gerolimatos) by Dr. George Edward Cassidy (the Debtor). The claims of nondischargeability were asserted in Adversary Proceeding No. 06-00014 filed by AIC and Adversary Proceeding No. 06-00023 by Dr. Gerolimatos.
