FICKLING, Associate Judge:

This is an appeal from an order of the court below dismissing appellant’s wrongful death action on the alternative grounds of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens. The sole issue raised on appeal is whether the trial court erred by granting the motion to dismiss. We affirm.

The operative facts in this case are not in dispute. For several months preceding his death, Blunt H. Carr (decedent) received regular hemodialysis treatments at the Metropolitan Washington Renal-Dialysis Center (the Center) in Bethesda, Maryland, in order to cleanse impurities…
