Beaver County, Beaver County Commissioners Tony Amadio, Daniel C. Camp III, and Sandie Egley, and Chief Assessor Kevin J. McIlwain (collectively, the County) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County (trial court) that determined that the County's base-year method of property valuation violated the Uniformity Clause of Article VIII, Section 1 of the Pennsylvania Constitution and the Consolidated County Assessment Law (Assessment Law) 1 and mandated the County to complete a countywide reassessment by 2020.
