¶ 1. This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals that affirmed the conviction of Jason Goss for fifth offense drunk driving.1 The case arises from a traffic stop. Goss was stopped by a police officer for having a dirty license *75plate and a broken license plate lamp.
