This matter arises in seventeen adversary proceedings brought by a group of plaintiffs (“plaintiffs,” “shareholders” or “investors”) against debtor David Fischer (“debtor” or “Fischer”) and certain of his relatives and affiliates. The complaints assert claims for conversion, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, accounting, and the imposition of a constructive trust.
