LOCKWOOD, Justice.

This is a suit to quiet title to real property located in Maricopa County, Arizona, which resulted in judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellees, James E. Oliver and Emma S. Oliver, and against defendant-appellant, Lurla Jean Dempsey. The matter was submitted on an agreed statement of facts.

On June 2, 1948, Dempsey obtained a judgment of $2950.75 against one Eleanor Moriarty as her separate obligation, which judgment was recorded in the- office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona on June 7, 1948. At- that time, Eleanor Moriarty was the wife of Thomas W. Moriarty…
