State v. Gustafson

¶1 The Defendant, James Gustafson, was charged by Information filed in the District Court for the Eighth Judicial District in Cascade County with felony assault, misdemeanor partner/family member assault, and unlawful restraint. Gustafson pled not guilty. The jury found Gustafson guilty of all three counts. The District Court sentenced Gustafson to ten years in the Montana State Prison with two years suspended for the felony assault conviction.
