AND NOW, this 7th day of March, 2003, upon consideration of the issue of whether Fox Drug and Fox Corp. can be combined for purposes of the Trustee’s fraudulent conveyance claims, which claims comprise the remainder of the instant adversary proceeding, and, more particularly, whether such combination can be effected via an application of the doctrine of piercing of the corporate veil, barring which, as the Court held in its November 19, 2002 ruling in the instant matter, such combination will not be permitted, see Nov. 19,…
