Memorandum and Order

Petitioner, James F. Hegwood, as next friend of his minor son, Gerald Wayne Hegwood, filed a petition for habeas corpus challenging the legality of said minor’s confinement in the Gatesville School for Boys. By virtue of a judgment of the Juvenile Court of Brazoria County, dated September 13, 1965, in Cause No. 325, said minor was adjudged a delinquent child and placed on parole.
