JERRE S. WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge:

Appellant, Marco Antonio Palacios-Mar-tinez, appeals his conviction for illegal entry into the United States following deportation pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1326, charging alleged defects in the deportation proceedings forming the basis of his conviction. We affirm.
