WELCH, Judge.

John Earle Redfearn IV pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance, a violation of § 13A-12-213, Ala.Code 1975, and was sentenced to 32 months, which sen-tenee'was suspended and he was placed on 2-years’ probation.1

In February 2012, police officers obtained a search warrant-to search Red-fearn and his residence after a confidential informant conducted three controlled buys with Redfearn. ’ Of the controlled buys, 2 occurred at Redfearn’s residence within 72 hours of police obtaining the search warrant.
