The entitlement to attorney’s fees in an action to partition a twenty-eight-acre parcel of Newport real estate (Edgehill property) that formerly housed Edgehill Newport, an alcohol rehabilitation center, is the substance of this appeal. The plaintiff, George W. Moore, Esq., as trustee of the SVF Foundation (SVF Foundation), appeals from a Superior Court order denying an award of attorney’s fees. The original plaintiff, Dorrance H.
