THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Plaintiff First Union Discount Brokerage Services, Inc.’s [hereinafter “First Union”] motions for summary judgment on its Complaint and Nick and Catherine Mi-los’ [hereinafter “the Milos’ ”] Amended Counterclaim filed with this Court on June 20, 1990.
