NEIGHBORS, Justice.

The defendant appeals the judgment of conviction entered against him by the District Court for Rio Blanco County after a jury found him guilty of three counts of vehicular homicide1 and two counts of vehicular assault.2 The defendant raises three issues on appeal. He argues that the term “proximate cause” which is an element in the vehicular homicide and vehicular assault statutes renders both provisions unconstitutionally vague.
