The plaintiff, a Nevada corporation, commenced this action in the district court of Salt Lake county against the defendants to recover an alleged balance of $7,200, which plaintiff alleged was owing from the defendants for 50,000 shares of mining stock, which it is alleged the defendants had agreed to purchase and pay for in connection with a certain lease of certain mining properties located in Nevada.
