MACKEY K. HANCOCK, Justice.

Appellant, Itamar G. Shamam, appeals his conviction for the offense of indecent exposure and sentence of 60 days confinement in the Lubbock County Jail. We affirm.

Around 4:10 p.m. on February 21, 2005, Laura Sepeda was walking to her car from Texas Tech University when she saw a car stopped at a stop sign. Because Sepeda needed to cross the street at the intersection that the car was stopped at, she waited to let the car pass.
